The Details:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days
- Email Us direct at info@essentialresale.com and we will provide a return label
- Shipping cost will be deducted from the refund total
- You may return items in the original packaging
- Items must be unworn with original tags intact
- A clear reason for the return must be stated - size, damage,etc. ( note: all items are inspected for damage or defect prior to shipping)
Return Requirements:
- To qualify for a refund, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them
- All items are subject to a $3.00 restocking fee
- Original shipping charges are not refunded when returning items
- Final sale items are not returnable
Refund Process Etc.:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from receiving the customer return
- Once the returned items are reviewed and confirmed it meets the "return requirements", the original method of payment will be refunded less the return shipping and restock cost
